Sometimes we over inflate the perception of our own strength by magnifying the weakness of others. By doing so we feel that our criticism, lack of support, and results are not on us, but on the so called weak. This false game of blame is played by many leaders in hopes that it will make them feel better about themselves as leaders.
And guess what family? I'm ashamed to say that today I found myself playing this game yet again with those that I lead and love. I'll tell you all about it in today's podcast and what I learned about being "over" critical of those that we lead and love.
